{OT} Anyone else not getting through to CIX webmail or websites?

Sorry to bother people, but any Cixen there - is Cix down? I'm not
getting access to my email or to any of the Cix websites.

I'm connecting through the Phone Coop services, aka Poptel, so trying to
see if its anything to do with them or a more general problem.

I've no idea. I just searched for 'cixen'. Perhaps I should have
searched for 'cix'.
