Also - it's been brought to my attention that there's a consultation on
HM Govt's use of open standards in it's IT systems.

If you, or someone you know is involved in supplying/using systems in
this area, an open-source viewpoint might be of interest. There appear
to be a "questions" form for each chapter which is actually a short
comment form. I've been told a web-form is pretty much cutting-edge
stuff for central-govt feedback :-)
